Common questions
How do I return or exchange a bottle?+
Email hello@overdose.ph within 7 days of delivery with your order number. Sealed full bottles can be exchanged for another scent of equal value. Decants and opened bottles are final sale for hygiene reasons.
What if my bottle arrives damaged?+
Take a photo of the parcel and the bottle within 48 hours of delivery and send it to hello@overdose.ph. We'll ship a replacement immediately at no cost.
Are your fragrances authentic designer bottles?+
No — Overdose creates original extraits inspired by the great fragrance families. Same DNA, blended in Manila, priced honestly.
Do you ship internationally?+
Not yet. We currently ship within the Philippines only. Follow us on Instagram for updates on international shipping.
